Drop your PDFs here

Pick several at once — you can reorder them next. We never see your files.

Several files into one, in the order you choose. Take whole documents, or name the pages you want from each — 1-3, 7, 9- works the way you’d expect.

$99 once and the whole toolkit is yours — Acrobat is about $155 a year and stops working the day you stop paying. And the documents stay on your laptop: we never see them, because nothing you open here is stored on a server.

Password-protected files are fine

Add a locked PDF and PDFMod asks for its password in the row itself. The password is used to decrypt the file here, in this tab, and is never sent anywhere — there is nowhere for it to be sent to.

What merging costs you

Combining documents means copying pages into a new one, and the parts of a PDF that live above the pages cannot cross that boundary — in any tool. Interactive form fields are the one people notice: anything already filled in stays visible, but the fields stop being fillable, and PDFMod says so up front rather than letting you find out later. Bookmarks, accessibility tags, internal links and the title and author are in the same boat. So the finished file comes with a note listing what your particular documents actually lost — measured on the result, not guessed from a rule.
